About the Event
This camp for ages 10-13 will be focusing each day on something different. Classes will be held Aug 7-9 Cooking Class from 9am-12:30pm @ 76 Westbury Park Road Watertown, CT.
Day 1 will be frostings, frosting techniques, and making different desserts.
Day 2 We will be working with our teams, and leaders in creating our own desserts to
present to the judges at the competition.
Day 3 we are baking- we are getting all our cupcakes prepped, and starting on our
fondant and other edible decorations, going over tiering cakes, Making fondant flowers,
and trying to cover cakes in fondant.
Day 4- We work on our display, and set up to get ready for the big show!
AUG 10th Competition from 6 pm- 7pm @ 619 Main St, Watertown, CT. We will be asking for parents and friends to gather to watch our
campers compete with our guest judges!
